Since 2007, NewHome Services has established itself as a trusted name in the real estate sector across French-speaking Switzerland. But beyond the numbers and completed projects, our story is above all one of passion: the passion of our founder, who, after an initial career in the luxury industry, chose to apply his high standards and attention to detail to real estate development.
Real estate development is a complex profession. It is not simply about imagining new living spaces, but also about navigating regulatory, technical, and financial constraints while taking into account the expectations of authorities and future residents. Founder & Chairman
Sébastien Page is an entrepreneur and company director with more than twenty years of experience in real estate development, value enhancement, and advisory services across French-speaking Switzerland. As the founder of NewHome Services SA and NewHome Investments SA, he advises property owners and investors on their real estate decisions through a comprehensive and independent approach. Following a career with international groups, including Richemont, he turned to real estate entrepreneurship, developing and managing numerous residential projects. His background gives him a strategic perspective that combines market expertise, finance, and governance. Trained in corporate governance best practices, he places advisory services, transparency, and long-term value creation at the heart of his commitment.
