From Concept to Project
In close collaboration with the architect, we develop the preliminary design, prepare plans, and refine and optimize the project. We also review and validate the financial objectives before submitting the final project for a building permit application.
Project Management
Relationship management and negotiations with authorities, neighbours, tenants and third parties, notaries and surveyors regarding land organisation, easements, and the creation of condominium ownership structures (PPE).
Construction planning: Preparation of work specifications and a general cost estimate, tendering process and selection of contractors for project execution, as well as preparation of construction contracts.
Commercialisation
Implementation of a sales programme, organisation of brokerage activities or rental marketing. Development of a communication plan, 3D visualisations, sales brochure, and a dedicated website for project promotion.
